Made a bunch of 15mm roads, mainly to be used for WWII but will also work for my Neo Soviets slugging it out on Ukrania XIIV. The plan is to get a Chain of Command 15mm Barbarossa campaign rolling...

Interstellar Foreign Legion Commander
Been toying around with a few ideas for a Gruntz Commander for my IFL. The most appealing concept so far has been a flag waving commander inspiring his troops to great success or at least a heroic death, but not so much a fighter himself.
The miniature is from Khurasans IFL range. The banner pole is just a needle, and the flag is soaked in PVA and then shaped as if moving with the wind.

Test models for Neo Soviets
First two test models for my Neo Soviets for Gruntz. Pretty happy with them, but considering one more highlight on the green. Been painting alot of WWII for 15mm and have gotten really bored with all the dull colors. So I didn't go for the classic russian green, need some "pop" in these miniatures. Next to the soviets are an IFL trooper from Khurasan for size.
Neo Soviets for Gruntz
Starting up a new faction for 15mm, Neo Soviets/Red Block with hover tanks. The tanks are from Old Crow and the infantry are mainly from AlternativeArmies old range with a few additions from Khurasan. Im really looking forward to get some paint on these babies, the casts from Old Crow are flawless. Much better than resin tanks Ive bought from other manufacturers. Anyway they have been washed, magnetized and based. So let the fun part begin...

Gruntz
Im sure some or most of you might be familiar with the Gruntz rules, or at least heard of them. 15mm SciFi skirmish rules for about 30-40 models a side. Just had our first battle and enjoyed it a lot. As with all new systems it took a while, about 7 hours including beer, pizza and some non gaming related talk as well. Im sure we will get our speed up for the next few battles, estimated playtime in the rules are about 2 hours.
Great fun to try out the new terrain as well, always a pleasure when you get to play with your newly made projects. Didn't have much of a senario for this, just tried the "kill the other guys" senario between my Khurasan Interstellar Foreign Legion (IFL) versus a friends army with a mix of Critical Mass Games and Ground Zero Games miniatues.
The battle was a tie 107pts to 108pts and great fun. Really enjoy how open the Gruntz rules are, Im sure we will spend a lot of time using them and pushing to soldiers around.
